Oak Barn

This luxury 5* Eco Barn is located on a working farm in the Brecon Beacons. Stylish decor and attention to detail gives this house a definite wow factor. A wonderful Welsh retreat for friends and family.

Using a Biomas wood fired boiler, solar panels, underfloor heating, and a unique heat recovery system ground source the barn is powered by renewable energy.

The private garden with a luxury swim spa is the highlight of this property. Immerse yourself under the dark skies of the Brecon Beacons.

Oak Barn sleeps 12 guests in total, 8 in double beds and another 4 in double sofa beds. Its features are a large open plan living/dining space downstairs with a large comfortable curved sofa around a beautiful wall-mounted wood burning stove, with a large Smart TV.

There is also a very fabulous large handmade oak dining table designed to seat 14 guests to help bring everyone together to have enjoyable meal times. The attractive fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped with a Range Master cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, large fridge/freezer etc.

There is a downstairs disabled bedroom with and “rise and recline” twin beds, this bed can easily become a Super King sized bed with its own en-suite wet room with toilet, hand basin and shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet with hand basin.

All bedrooms upstairs have en-suites with spacious showers in two and a luxurious corner bath in one. Each bedroom is also equipped with large wardrobes, oak dressing tables and a TV with Free-Sat.

French doors lead out to a terraced area with a covered swim/spa that will comfortably fit all guests together. Beautiful patio furniture and a large BBQ ensures that you have the best opportunity to enjoy the outdoor space.

Oak Barn is the perfect property to make any weekend away with friends and family a success to be able to relax together and enjoy the views.

There are two additional sofa beds available in this property. Please contact us to arrange for additional bed linen and towels to be provided.

A cot and highchair are also available in this property for guest use. Please bring your own cot blankets as these are not provided as standard.
